EFW is a welding method to prepare welded pipes. The welded pipes at their initial stages are a single piece of stainless sheet of 316ti grade. The sheet is cut to a length required by the clients. It is then rolled and welded followed by heat treatment. The temperature at which heat treatment is given depends upon the grade material being used.
The SS 316Ti is marine-grade untarnished steel that contains a small addition of titanium (0.05%) and molybdenum. This small addition makes the steel precipitation free at elevated temperatures. Molybdenum addition makes it corrosion resistant and prevents from pitting under chloride solutions. It also enhances its strength under high-temperature environments thus SS 316ti EFW Pipes are recommended for applications where the temperature is too high to tolerate. The additional properties such as resistance against hydrochloric, sulfuric acids and acid sulfates make it a recommended product in chemical industries.

Our prepared EFW pipes are well tested as well. The industrial recommended tests are performed on pipes. Here, we test them for corrosion-resistant, high-temperature services, strength, durability, and pressure bearing ability.
On successful tests, proper marking and packaging are carried out.
