We process EFW pipes in different standard and non-standard dimensions for multiple usages in industrial sectors. Our manufacturing process is done from the good quality of materials. We follow up the production process as per the set industrial norms.

SS 316/316L EFW Pipes are processed from electric fusion welding which is done by the electron beam welding machine. These pipes are formed by the rolling plates and welding ends. The welded section can be heat treated.

These pipes are processed from hot working operations. SS EFW pipes are heated between 1149 deg C to 1260 deg C, for optimum corrosion resistance properties post annealing operations are performed, stress relieving is also done by post-work annealing operations.

Stainless Steel Grade 316 details:-
It is an austenitic nickel and chromium stainless steel with a moderate amount of molybdenum content. The presence of molybdenum increases the resistance to pitting chloride environments. In same it has expanded strength at elevated temperatures. It is somewhat stronger when exposed to elevated temperatures. It has a higher resistance to chemical containing environments such as tartaric acids, hydrochloric, formic acid sulfuric, acetic, etc.

Stainless Steel Grade 316L details:-
316L is the down carbon version of austenitic nickel and chromium steel with higher corrosion resistance as 316 grade. Thus, it has higher corrosion resistance to intergranular attacks.

We also provide reports and certificates along with pipes to assure the quality of our products.
