Manufacturing process:-
The process begins with the production of ingots from the raw material. In the next step skelp is used to prepare welded pipe of desired specifications. The unwinding machines unwound the pipe followed by a heating process. It undergoes grooved rollers that make the edges curl. Welding electrodes are then used to weld the unwelded pipe. A tight weld is ensured through this process where pressure is applied to tightly join the ends.

Further processing is done to ensure the final production of SS 304H EFW Pipes.
