According to the types of applications, either seamless or welded pipes are used. Welded pipes are considered a good option due to its wall thickness and an internal surface. Consistent wall thickness and ease of checking the internal surface finishing of welded pipes make it advantageous over other pipes. It is more readily and cost-effective option as well. However, they are manufactured from different grades. SS 310H Welded Pipes is manufactured using 310H grade which is a higher carbon content version of 310-grade stainless steel.
Silver Tubes is efficient in manufacturing the pipes of this grade. Our efficient manufacturing practices deploy all the required characteristics in the welded pipes. Careful manufacturing process, regular inspection, standard tests, essential marking, and safe packaging are the few steps that are performed at silver tubes. All these steps ensure that the product possesses the desired characteristics and offer lifelong services.
Stainless steel is available in different grade and 310H is one of them. The steel of this grade is used because it is the preferred choice for manufacturing welded pipes that will work at high temperature. The 310grade offers high-temperature workability to the pipes. The pipes at intermittent services can be used at a high temperature as 1040degree C whereas this is even more in continuous services. The maximum temperature at such service is 1150 degree C where other pipes get corrode.
No oxidation is seen at even such temperature due to the good chemical composition. Moreover, our welded pipes are efficient to work in sulfur environments but they cannot be used continuously at 425-860degree C.
Due to such excellent services at elevated temperatures, SS 310H Welded Pipes are useful in chemical and heat treatment industry. But, to meet the specification of such industries a variety of measures have to be taken. Silver tubes are careful while taking those measures to meet all the desired specifications.
