Stainless Steel 316Ti is a titanium-stabilized grade of 316 austenitic stainless steel. It provides excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion even after extended exposure to high temperatures, particularly between 425°C and 870°C. The addition of titanium enhances mechanical strength and makes it ideal for high-temperature and pressure applications.

Grade 316Ti Pipes are mostly used in turbine blades and in knives, which has some nickel content for a partially austenitic lattice structure. The most common of Alloy 316Ti SS Pipes are 12 percent and 17 percent chromium containing steels, with 12 percent used mostly in structural applications and 17 percent in housewares, boilers, washing machines and indoor architecture. 316Ti stainless steel pipes has a nickel content of at least of 7 percent, which makes the steel structure fully austenitic and gives it ductility. Stainless steel UNS 31635 pipes has a large scale of service temperature, non-magnetic properties and good weldability.
