Stainless steel 310S alloy is 310 alloy’s low carbon version. It is only recommended for the functions wherein the sensitization and consequent corrosion through the high-temperature gases might pose an issue. SS 310 is the highly alloyed austenitic SS that is used for high-temperature applications. The high nickel and chromium content provides the steel with good oxidation resistance and strength at a greater temperature. This is ductile and has good weldability that allowing its extensive usage in many industrial applications. 310/310S has found many applications in all the high-temperature atmospheres and offers corrosion resistance, creep resistance, and high-temperature strength.
These ASTM A312TP SS 310S Seamless pipes are developed using superior quality of alloy and advanced technology, and modern tools. It is developed as per set manufacturing norms, product quality standards under the tight supervision of professionals.
The testing on these SS seamless pipes are done for quality assurance of the pipes. The tests done include PMI-IGC test, mechanical-chemical test, macro-micro test, hardness test, pitting resistance test, etc.
Along with these SS 310S Seamless pipes, we are attaching a few documents copies. It includes fumigation certificate, commercial invoice, packaging list, MTC as per En 10204/3.1b, 100% radiography test report, guarantee letter, raw material test report, material traceability report, etc.
