This Sheets, Plates, and Coils are manufactured from high-quality raw materials and cutting-edge technology. Incoloy 800 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy. In high-temperature conditions, it has excellent resilience and resistance to oxidation and carburization. Incoloy 800 Sheets have a high chromium content, which makes them more resistant to oxidation. It also resists a variety of fluid media and is usually stress-corrosion cracking free.
Incoloy 800 Coils has superior resistance to natural acids, e.g. formic, acetic, and propionic. It can withstand both oxidising and non-oxidizing salts. Heat treatment machines, petrochemical pyrolysis tubing and piping systems, sheathing for electrical heating parts, and food processing equipment are among the most common uses for Incoloy 800 Sheets.
Incoloy 800H and 800HT are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with superior oxidation and carburization tolerance in high-temperature conditions. Alloys 800H Sheets are utilised as a part of applications that include an introduction to corrosive situations and elevated temperatures, for example, heat-treating equipment, chemical, and petrochemical processing, nuclear power plants, and the paper pulp industry.
High-temperature resilience, strong creep rupture strength, oxidation resistance and carburization in high-temperature conditions, strong corrosion resistance in many acidic settings, good resistance to many sulphur-containing atmospheres, and other characteristics distinguish Incoloy 800H Sheets.
