Silver Tubes is one of the well-known trader & supplier of Incoloy 800/ 800H/ 800HT Pipe Fittings, which will not become embrittled even after long periods of usage in the 1200 Degree F -1600 Degree F range where many stainless steels become brittle. Incoloy 800 Pipe Fittings was the first of these alloys and it was slightly modified into Incoloy 800H Pipe Fittings. Meanwhile, Incoloy 800HT Pipe Fittings has further modifications to the combined titanium and aluminium levels to ensure optimum high temperature properties.The chemical balance permits Alloy 800 Pipe Fittings to displayoutstanding resistance to carburization, nitriding and oxidation atmospheres. Excellent cold forming characteristics typically associated with the nickel-chromium alloys are exhibited with Alloy 800H Pipe Fittings. When cold formed extensively, the grain size in Alloy 800HT Pipe Fittings produces a visibly undulated surface called "orange peel".
Incoloy 800 Butt Weld Fittings offers higher elevated temperature characteristics and has better creeping and stress rupture properties at the temperature limits up to 1100 DegreeF – 1800 Degree F or 593 Degree C to 982 Degree C. Incoloy 800H Butt Weld Fittings are commonly used in applications that include high temperature corrosive media like in hydrocarbon cracking, ethylene Pyrolysis, furnaces for vinyl chloride, valves, fittings and other related fixtures. Incoloy 800HT Butt Weld Fittings also resists sulphuric, phosphoric, acetic,formic acids and other non-oxidizing media.In addition to having exceptional corrosion resistance, Incoloy 800 Butt Weld Pipe Fittings can also be readily fabricated.
