Manganese and nickel in Alloy Steel P91 Pipes lower the eutectoid temperature and are known as austenite stabilizing elements. With enough of these elements, the austenitic structure of Alloy Steel P91 Pipes may be obtained at room temperature. The easily exchangeable test pipeline in AS P91 Pipes is filled with the sample and cooled down to a set temperature. In general, wear resistance can be improved by increasing the hardness of P91 AS 1.4903 Pipes, by specifying an alloy with greater carbon content (without increasing hardness), or by both. AS P91 K91560 Pipes, which has good mechanical properties both at ambient and elevated temperatures of up to 930 Degree F (500 Degree C), is readily fabricated using the common industrial techniques.
