Stainless Steel UNS S32760 Pipe Flanges have a body-centred cubic crystal system and contain between 10.5% and 27% chromium with very little nickel if any, but some types can contain lead. Due to high contents of chromium, nickel, molybdenum and nitrogen, the corrosion resistance of UNS S32760 Flanges and, in some cases, mechanical properties are superior to conventional Cr-Ni and Cr-Ni-Mo grades. The resistance to uniform corrosion and localized corrosion in Super Duplex UNS S32760 Flanges, including chloride and sulfide induced stress corrosion cracking, is very good. UNS S32760 Super Duplex Flanges contains chromium (12–14%), molybdenum (0.2–1%), nickel (less than 2 %), and carbon (about 0.1 – 1 %).Super Duplex S32760 Flanges is quenched and magnetic.
