Silver Tubes is one of the prominent trading houses of Monel K-500 Sheets, which have special quality of finishing and duress for long life, along with high pressure and zero defects. Monel K-500 Plates are made from a nickel-copper alloy and exhibit high potency, toughness and excellent corrosion resistance over a wide temperature range. The improved properties in Monel K-500 Coils are obtained by addition of titanium and aluminum to the nickel-copper base, and also by heating under measured circumstances so that submicroscopic elements of titanium and aluminum are triggered during the course of matrix. An exceptional characteristic of Monel Alloy K-500 Sheets is that they bid excellent resistance to hydrofluoric acid, a predominantly tough acid to pact with, in all deliberations fit for the boiling point.
These amplified properties of strength and hardness in Monel Alloy K-500 Plates are obtained by adding aluminum and titanium to the nickel-copper base and by a thermal processing used to effect precipitation. Aluminum and copper in Monel Alloy K-500 Coils may be selectively oxidized during heating, leaving a magnetic nickel-rich film on the outside of the piece. Monel UNS N05500 Sheets are precipitation hardening washers manufactured from copper nickel alloy with addition of titanium and aluminum. Monel Din 2.4375 Sheets are made from a nickel-copper alloy and exhibit high strength, toughness and good corrosion resistance over a wide temperature range. These sheets, plates and coils are also available in different sizes and shapes to esteemed clients.
